Top things people say to describe him…He tells A LOT of stories, has a heart for those in need, creative, fun.

What his family would add about him…he always seems to be singing a song, he wears a lot of plaid (Hannah said that), he's super fun (that one's from Carson), and he's totally amazing (that one is me imagining what my wife would say).

What does he do, anyway?As the Pastor to Youth Families, Paul's responsibilities are to equip the body of Christ to help disciple teenagers. His passion is to know the Word of God, to apply it to the world that students live in today, and to accurately teach young people what it means to live like Jesus every moment of their lives.

His life verses and favorite books …1 John 2:6; Isaiah 66:2; and Ephesians 5:1,2 Hang out with me some time and let me tell you my story. You'll see why these verses mean so much to me.

Quickest way to his schedule …It doesn't take much. Either a mochalattejavaspresso or those four little words: "Wanna see some magic?"

Family Life …Susie and I have been married for 15 years. We've got two incredible children. Carson is 8 years old and Hannah is 5. We spend a lot of time together as a family - hanging out and loving life. Our kids would say that there are four more members of our family: a weiner dog named Minnie, a bird named Lucy, and two fish whose names change on a daily basis.

Life before Century Baptist Church…I was born Kal-El on the alien planet Krypton. My parents, Jor-El and Lara became aware of Krypton's impending destruction and my dad began constructing a spacecraft that would carry me to Earth. During Krypton's last moments, dad placed me in the spacecraft and launched it to earth. You know how it ends. Same old boring life in tights.

Where you're likely to find him when not at the church …covered in grease underneath his (un)trustworthy Volkswagen bus, hunting down some serious fun with his kids, late at night with his nose in another new book, hanging out at any of the various Qdoba locations across the land, or by following him on twitter: @paulnather.

Things you might not know …Quantum physics..oh, about me? Let's see.. I have always had a dream of being a mascot for a professional sports team; I'm a direct descendant of Mayflower fame: John Alden (you know, the whole Miles Standish/Priscilla Mullins/John Alden love triangle that resulted in the famous quote: "speak for yourself, John" and eventually resulted in me!); I've got a ton of fake teeth from an accident involving a Huffy bike and the tailgate of a Dodge pickup; and I cry at every episode of Extreme Home Makeover.
