Top things people say to describe her…trustworthy, loyal, level-headed, detail-oriented, compassionate, dedicated, and fun.

What would her family say about her? Her idea of veggies is the kind that sing silly songs. She even owns a pair of Bob the Tomato pajamas!

What does she do, anyway? A little bit of everything, but currently, her focus centers around ways to resource, encourage and equip parents who desire to raise their children to become spiritual champions.

What she's passionate about …Children--first, making sure their basic needs are met, and then helping them see that they have value because God created them, loves them and has a plan for their life.

Her life verses and favorite books …She likes to read Christian fiction for fun, but also likes to read true-life stories of people who have overcome adversity, or anything else that helps her learn something new. Her life verse is Phil. 4:13.

Quickest way to her schedule …chatting while helping prep for an upcoming event, or one-on-one over a quick lunch.

Family Life …She and her husband, Keith, were married in 1986. Keith is the Executive Director of Steer, Inc., a unique organization that partners with farmers and ranchers across the USA to raise money for mission organizations worldwide. Bethany and Zachary, their teenage children, are also Jesus followers and are anxious to see God's plan for their lives unfold.

Life before Century Baptist Church …She has lived in Bismarck her entire life. She graduated from Mary College (now U of Mary) with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Music. She began attending Century Baptist Church while in college, and has been a member since 1986. In 2001, after almost 14 years of working for a local hospital, she found herself answering a call to provide some direction to the children's ministry at CBC.

Where you're likely to find her when not at the church …At her kids' activities, the gym, the library, bargain-shopping or relaxing at home.

Things you might not know …She makes a great pot of knoephla soup, likes everything "plain", and has the most organized office of anyone on the team (NOT!!!)
